Staff
Dr. Jim Fakler, a Wisconsin native, graduated in 1982 from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He started his college career at West Point, but had switched to Marquette to pursue his DDS.
Dr. Fakler has been in private practice providing gentle, family-oriented dental care in West Allis since 1982. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association.
Dr. Jim Fakler is again awarded the Premier Preferred Provider for Invisalign for 2012. He is in the top 5% of Invisalign providers in the US.

OUR TEAM
Jodi Connors
Jodi is our Office Manager. She started her dental career as an orthodontic assistant in 1994. After 10 years of Orthodontics, she joined our office in 2004. She attended Sterling Management Systems in Glendale, CA and completed the Office Management program in July 2005. She has a daughter, Brianna. Jodi loves to spend time with her family and is interested in travel.
Tracy LeHouillier
Tracy is our Dental Hygienist. She graduated from MATC in 1997 with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. Tracy is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree. Tracy started taking care of our patients hygiene needs in 2001. She is married and has three children, Zoe, Gavin, and Malcolm.
Niki Kachelski
Niki is our Lead Dental Assistant. She has been a dental assistant since 2002 and started here in 2007. She is dedicated to her career and will be advancing her career path into Dental Hygiene in the near future. Niki and her husband love spending time with their pets and getting together with family regularly. Niki is a proud new mother of twins, Hazel and Harlow.
Michelle Stegmann
Michelle is one of our Dental Assistants. She graduated at the University of New Mexico as a Dental Hygienist. She moved to Wisconsin 6 years ago from New Mexico. Michelle is currently a dental student at Marquette University and is planning on becoming a Dentist. She loves the outdoors and animals.
Jennifer Trapp
Jennifer is one of our dental assistants. She has been assisting for 15 years. She is passionate about her patients and wants to make sure they are receiving the best care. She has 3 children: Austin, Paige and Autumn. She loves spending time with her children and enjoying the warm sun. She is also a huge Packer fan. GO PACK!!!
